Humaiun Kobir was Born in Bangladesh and raised in Great Britain and has built a distinguished career in law, human rights, and politics.
He currently serves as Adviser to the Prime Minister (Rank of State Minister), where he plays a strategic role in policy consultation, democratic governance, and international engagement. With advanced academic credentials and decades of experience, he has consistently worked to strengthen democratic institutions, civil liberties, and social justice.
As an adviser to the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) Chairperson on Foreign Affairs, he represents the party’s vision on global platforms and contributes to international policy dialogue.
